Order tracking details

Soon after your order has been placed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Processing

Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Cyprus

We deliver our products across all cities in Cyprus using TRAVEL EXPRESS & ACS COURRIER. Deliveries are made either to pick-up points or directly to homes, except for certain limited-service areas as defined by TRAVEL EXPRESS & ACS COURRIER.

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 2 working days of placing your order.
  • We offer free delivery shipping on orders over €40.
  • For orders below €40 shipping fee with Travel Express is €2 and with ACS Courier is €3.70

Additional Information

  • You can track your parcel by clicking the tracking number in your order confirmation email or visiting our [order tracking page] (Live Order Tracking).
  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier. If a delay occurs, we will use our best endeavours to inform you by communicating relevant shipping delay updates.
  • For delays, please contact the courier you chose with your tracking number.
  • Deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will arrive on the next business day.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at maracandles@outlook.com] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.

How to Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
